Jeff Karpel
CEO / Software Architect
Jeff Karpel is our Chief Application Design Architect, and also specializes in everything from pre-sales demonstrations and project management to legacy systems analysis, data conversion analysis and strategic corporate development & management. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science from the University of Missouri – Columbia, MO, and is Certified with IBM for Applications Development and Support. With nearly 30 years of IT industry experience, Jeff is the technology professional our clients count on for cost-effective solutions and support.
LeeAnn Karpel
President
As President of Karpel Solutions, LeeAnn Karpel oversees daily development operations, fosters strong working relationships with our customers, and ensures the business is operating at peak efficiency. With a background in product management in a wide variety industries, her expertise and strong leadership skills have been vital to our daily operations since 2018. LeeAnn is committed to continuing Karpel Solution's legacy of providing quality services and Real Solutions for Real Success.
Benji Varner
Chief Operations and Administration Officer
Hailing from the great state of Texas, Benji Varner is a USMC Combat Veteran (3rd Bn, 1st Marines) with over 20 years in leadership and operational management experience. Benji has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Benji is also trained professional mediator and a certified professional coach. Having spent so much time working in highly technical industries ranging from refining to industrial manufacturing and now IT, his career has provided him the opportunity to learn from inside complex systems across a myriad of environments through the eyes of a broad range of professional colleagues. As our Executive Director of Operations Benji oversees the onboarding of new clients, support of current clients, process improvement, and stewards the culture of our organization.
Tony Morris
Vice President - Karpel Solutions
Tony has 35 plus years of experience in IT. He began his career in the IT industry in 1977 as a technician for Famous Barr, a division of May Department Stores. He quickly moved into a management role as that group expanded to maintain the Wide Area Network and the May Corporate Data Center. In 1987, he moved to Micom Communications as a Presales Engineer. He was promoted to a District Manager in 1990. In 1995, he joined Information Products as an Account Executive in the St. Louis Marketplace and was later promoted to Sales Manager. Through acquisitions, he was part of Computer Source and joined RESULTS Technology in 2004. Tony joined the Karpel team at the beginning of 2015.
Joe Heltibrand
Technical Director - PROSECUTORbyKARPEL
As the Technical Director of PROSECUTORbyKARPEL, Joe Heltibrand oversees the technical advancement of the Company’s products. He graduated from Webster University in 1994 with the Bachelor of Science in Management degree and has 18 years of industry-related experience.
